Adopting an animal may not be an option for you due to various reasons, but with the 4 Walls 1 Home project, you can contribute to our little friends being nourished with the best food during their often very long and sad wait.

What is 4 Walls 1 Home?

4 Walls 1 Home is a social responsibility project developed by Cenk OKYAR, Real Estate Investment Consultant at RE/MAX DEHA Office, and implemented in collaboration with the Association for the Protection of the Environment and Stray Animals. The project aims to cover the annual food needs of an animal in a shelter and, if possible, facilitate its adoption, using the service fee generated from the sale of real estate included in the project.

Who Supervises the Project

With the approval of Kadıköy and Ataşehir Municipalities, Stray Animals Association Ataşehir Representation has the right to supervise the entire process.

Which Real Estate Can Be Included in the Scope of the Project?

Any type of real estate in the portfolio of all RE/MAX real estate consultants authorized by Cenk OKYAR or RE/MAX DEHA, all over Turkey, can be included in the project.

Do I Pay Additional Fees?

Within the scope of the 4Duvar 1Yuva project, food donations are made on your behalf, but you do not pay any additional fees on either the buyer or seller side.
